This Burnaby project brought several parts of one home together in a clean, coordinated style. We completed the kitchen, renovated two bathrooms — one with a bathtub and one with a shower — replaced the laminate flooring, and refinished the staircase with new treads and black railing details.

Permit requirements depend on the exact scope and municipality. Fixture and finish replacements may be exempt, while changes to plumbing, electrical systems or walls can require permits. We clarify this before work begins.
